What is Organic Agriculture?
Organic agriculture is a form of controlled and certified agricultural production that does not harm human health and the environment and does not use chemical inputs in production, from production to consumption. It is a production method that aims to protect vital resources such as air, water and soil and natural life by preserving the natural balance.
In organic agriculture, no chemicals or pesticides are used in all other processes from product cultivation, collection, harvest, slaughter, processing, classification, packaging, labeling, preservation, storage, transportation to the delivery of the product to the consumer. This whole process is recorded, monitored and audited by Control and Certification Organizations authorized by the relevant authorities. The consumer can question who, where and how the product was produced with the certificate of the product he bought. With laboratory analysis, it is documented that the product is healthy.
